Learning Curve LC99389 Review: Thomas And Friends Wooden Railway- Toby's Windmill. This has been a great addition to my 3 year old's train set. As with all the wooden Thomas toys, I found it a bit pricey, but my son plays with it so much more two other items with good reviews, Cranky Crane and the Water Tower. We've had it about 2 months, and the lever that turns the windmill gets a lot of use/abuse and has held up well.
